Cement fiber board is a new type light-weight and high-strength material with good fireproof and heat insulation
performances. It is made of siliceous materials (main component is SiO2),
cement and reinforced material. It is made in such procedures: making slurry,
shaping, pressing, curing&maintaining, drying, sanding, etc. The cement fiber
board which is different from traditional building material production has higher

procedure called " curing&maintaining" , that is, when products are in 180℃, 1 MPa autoclave, a Tobermorite crystal
with stable performance can be made in the product after 24 hrs's chemical
reaction. The more Tobermorite crystal is in the product, the more stable is
